These data points are extensive, in support of the data validation and processing that is at the heart of the Sakon application. All processes and technologies support the visibility, reporting and management of the complete lifecycle of all IT assets and services within the application. By providing such a comprehensive set of data points, clients can use these APIs to support their own internal processes in conjunction with the solution provided natively in the Sakon application, further enhancing the flexibility and further customization of data analysis and integration with the client’s own ITSM and other ERP systems.\n\nFor any assistance through the integration, the \"Sakon Account Manager\" and your allocated \"Sakon Client Integration Manager\" will be able to guide you.\n\n**Sakon Platform**\n\nThe Sakon Telecom Platform helps enterprises get the most value from their communication services, enabling them to \"Order Better, Expense Smarter, and Spend Less.\" Our platform encompasses a suite of modules, including Invoices, Portfolio, Procurement, Quotes, Bill Pay, Save and Analytics. Together, these modules form a cohesive procure-to-pay engine.\n\nA distinct advantage of the Sakon APIs is that the platform provides a repository for all the various modules. By providing a warehouse for these various APIs, we provide a single source for data, making it very easy to call the API and receive a comprehensive dataset. Sakon does the heavy lifting of collecting and integrating this data from the disparate sources that we put together as part of our complete solution offering. These sources include:\n\n**Invoicing**:\n\n- Billing in multiple languages – normalized in the platform.\n- Billing in all currencies – normalized and native in the platform.\n- Billing information from vendor portals.\n- Billing information from other electronic file imports.\n- Billing information from paper-derived invoices.\n    \n\n**Portfolio**:\n\n- Inventory information from Vendor portals.\n- Inventory information from client ITSM systems.\n- Inventory information updates made directly in the portal.\n- Inventory information updates made from MACD uploads.\n- Inventory information updates made through the platform procurement module.\n    \n\n**Orders**:\n\n- Orders being processed through the platform procurement module.\n- Orders being processed through system from integration with an ITSM system.\n    \n\n**Quotes**:\n\n- Quotes being processed through the platform quotes module.\n- Quotes being processed through system with data pulled from integration with an ITSM system.\n    \n\n**Savings**:\n\n- Audit disputes being managed through the platform savings module. This provides full savings lifecycle information from identification to resolution.\n- Provides correlated invoice and account information from the invoice module.\n- Provides detailed estimates based on each phase of the savings lifecycle.\n    \n\n**Users**:\n\n- Detailed information around users and their access permissions to the platform.\n- Current information that may have been configured directly in the platform.\n- Integration with ITSM will show if SSO is enabled or not.\n    \n\nThe data stored in the modules then is a combination of a discrete values that can come for various sources or as a result of our performing some activity on that data which is logged by the platform. The value to our clients in utilizing these APIs, is they provide a quick and comprehensive snapshot of activity being managed across all the various functional modules, in a single repository. It also reflects the open-ended nature of our integration capabilities, providing a pathway to support client ITSM and other client hosted systems through a secure and defined process.\n\nFor each data point that we provide in our API, we have provided an explanation of what the data represents in the platform, so our clients can understand what the value signifies for each and how best to use that in any other internal applications. Common use cases for the dataset in each category is also provided so our clients can have examples of how that dataset is typically used by our Operations team and clients.\n\n**Process of Obtaining Trial Access**:\n\nSakon will offer clients trial access to the APIs. To begin this procedure, kindly reach out to your Client Services Manager, who will organize the access and provide API keys to facilitate the following process:\n\n- Provide URL, Subscription key,
